Do you ship to anywhere in Australia?

Yes, we ship Australia wide.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Schoolfurn only ships within Australia.

What are your shipping rates?

We will always provide an official quotation for delivery charges. Schoolfurn has a fleet of delivery drivers as well as uses trusted third-party logistics companies to ensure fast delivery and competitive prices.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary depending on your order. Products that we store on site may take 1-2 weeks to dispatch, while custom orders may take 3-4 weeks or longer. Delivery times may be impacted during our busy period. If this is the case, we’ll be in contact via phone or email to keep you updated.

Can I collect my order directly?

Yes, most products are available for pickup. Please enquire with our sales team for more information.

I would like my delivery scheduled for a specific day and/or time. Is this possible?

Yes, we’re happy to organise delivery according to your schedule. If this is something you would like, please notify your sales representative when finalising your order.

Has my order been sent?

For orders delivered by Schoolfurn, we will contact you 24hrs prior to dispatch to inform you of delivery. For deliveries by third-party contractors (e.g., interstate), we will advise when goods have left our premise and provide tracking wherever possible. We understand the value of communication and endeavour to always keep our customers informed throughout their purchasing experience.

Are weekend or after-hours delivery available?

Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours, public holidays excluded. We ask that someone is available during those times to accept delivery.

What if I’m not onsite when you deliver my order?

It is important that someone is available to accept and sign for your delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, please contact us so we can reschedule.

Can I send my own courier to pick-up from your warehouse?

Yes, we’re happy for you to use your own courier. Let us know in advance so we can measure your packed order to ensure it fits into their vehicle.

What if I need my items delivered by an urgent date?

Please let us know when placing your order if you have a strict delivery deadline. We will endeavour to get you your order on time.

Do your products require assembly?

Most Schoolfurn products will arrive fully assembled and ready to use. However, some items may be sent flat packed to reduce freight costs. In this instance, we will provide easy to follow instructions and all necessary hardware.
